As soon as it was in a different tech came out and installed it! The employees are very professional and courteous! "This Company is offering deep discounts to families of military person in Iraq. They are giving free priority service to help loved ones who are here alone. I used them Feb.13, 2004 when my heat pump failed and I didn't know what to do because my husband had always taken care of it. It was our coldest day of the year and I was really concerned.
